The Brookview House is a non-profit that provides shelter to homeless women and children. Among other programs, the non-profit also provides a coding club for teen girls. The program is called “Girls Who Code” and is part of a national Girls Who Code organization. This is the second year the program runs at the Dorchester Center in Massachusetts and 15 girls are participating.

After suffering the loss of his own 3-year-old daughter to leukemia, Rabbi Elimelech Goldberg of Michigan found a way to help other children struggling with cancer too. Billboard Music Awards without Kesha – Dr. Luke Rescinded Her Performance
Kesha was invited to perform at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday. That was the rumor all week long until Tuesday when Dick Clark Productions announced that Kesha won’t perform on the show after all.
According to the DCP statement, Kesha had received a written invitation and approval from Kemosabe Records, Dr. Luke’s record label, to perform on the Billboard Music Awards.

Blake Pyron was born with Down Syndrome. Like all other mothers, who give birth to children with Down Syndrome, Blake’s mother was told that her son wouldn’t be able to do several things.
Blake went against all odds and other people’s expectations and on May 7 he will open his very own snow cone shack in Sanger, Texas. And he is still 20 years old.
